Machined mould tools engineered for vacuum forming — accurate surface geometry, correct draft angles, and material choices matched to your forming temperatures and production volumes. From your 3D file to a production-ready tool, efficiently.
Designed Around the Forming Process
Vacuum forming places specific demands on a mould tool: accurate surface geometry, correct draft angles, and material choices matched to your forming temperatures and production volumes. Our tools are engineered around those requirements from the CAD stage onward.
From 3D File to Production-Ready Tool
Send us your 3D file. We review the geometry for formability, propose any adjustments needed for clean release and consistent wall thickness, and machine the tool with full CAD/CAM in house. No subcontracting. No translation between programming and production.
Single Setup, Consistent Geometry
Tools are machined in single setups wherever possible. That keeps surface geometry consistent and eliminates the tolerance stack-up that comes with multiple handlings — particularly important for vacuum forming, where small surface inconsistencies show up immediately on the formed part.
