Shape AS focuses on what we do best — challenging geometries in aluminium and technical polymers, machined in full simultaneous 5-axis with complete in-house CAD/CAM capability. The same team that reads your drawing runs your part.
Our machining centre handles workpieces up to 3000 × 1200 × 1000 mm. Demanding geometries are machined in a single setup wherever possible, reducing lead time and eliminating the tolerance stack-up that comes with multiple handlings.
A significant and growing portion of our production runs lights-out — unattended, automated, overnight. That means lower unit cost on difficult parts without reducing the standard. We work from first article through to series delivery on the same equipment, with the same CAD/CAM, the same team. Where additional processes are required — anodising, EDM, surface treatment — we will advise honestly and direct you to qualified partners.
